"I bow to divine you" -Namaste is usually spoken with a slight bow and hands pressed together, palms touching and fingers pointing upwards, thumbs close to the chest. This gesture is called Añjali Mudr?; the standing posture incorporating it is Pranamasana. During these trying times in 2020 - Namaste is used as a method of social distancing and a respectful way of saying hello.
